Welcome to pISTil
pISTil is a bioinformatic pipeline to analyse Interaction Sequence Tags (ISTs) from two-hybrid screening.
- This site is a demonstration of the pISTil Web interface.
- Results available on the pISTil demo interface come from an analysis executed by the pISTil pipeline with a data sample provided in the pISTil zipped source.
- Using the demo site, you can take a closer look of various options to manipulate or extract the analysis results.
